Relaxing, reasonably clean place with particularly helpful and top-class stuff from valet to receptionist. A huge variety of delightful options for meal. Handy, strategic location in Dubai, close enough to metro station and a lot of good restaurants around and the Dubai International airport. Very close to Deira Clocktower and other tourist attractions.

Delightful food for large and delicious breakfast with so many dishes. Location - peaceful, not far from 2 reasonably sized shopping malls, grocery stores and pharmacy and airport, metro station, shops, restaurants.

Liked this extremely convenient and well-organised hotel, easy to find, with top-class staff at the reception desk. The room was nicely decorated and brand-new and included coffee, tea/coffee, and an iron. The location was the best and strategic for Dubai, next to metro station shops around there, city Centre Deira, and many restaurants. Furthermore, close to public transport.

Liked the place, extremely convenient and pretty standard for celebrating birthday. The restaurant was very clean for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. The best part was the magnificent view of the city.

I had spotless, luxurious rooms with a sofa set, a hair dryer, and an iron. The venue was set in the very central position not far from 2 reasonably sized shopping malls, and Al Rigga metro station and the market where a lot of options are available to eat.

This hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It's also not far from the airport, which is convenient for travelers. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, providing guests with dining options. The hotel is easy to locate and has a 24-hour supermarket nearby for any needs. The rooms are comfortable, and the housekeeping staff promptly fulfills requests. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, with a variety of delicious options. The lobby and coffee shop offer a nice place to relax.

The only downside is that some guests were not able to extend their stay with ease.

By and large, it was great and stunningly beautiful place with understanding staff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous and impeccable in the good area. Also, such main attraction as a friendly museum was 3 miles from this hotel.

Had great 1 night in this hotel that's why I truly enjoyed that. The room itself was spacious and huge with twin beds, a colder AC and nice comfy sofa. The location was marvellous, 5 min walk from bus station.

This accommodation had a central setting close to the the metro. It was also really close to most business areas, supermarket and public transportation, and several restaurants in the vicinity.

It was a fabulous and clean hotel with a lobby restaurant. Stunning and magnificent location, right next to a mosque.

It was a top quality place, had really helpful and top-class staff on the request. I ate at a very clean restaurant for breakfast. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was perfect overall.

The room was amazing, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of the pool. The separate sleeping and living areas were so cozy, and the king-sized Hyatt Grand Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was impressive with a large walk-in shower and a well-lit mirror. I felt so relaxed and in touch with nature.

The street view from the room may not be everyone's favorite, but that's just my personal preference.
